Description
BRILLION WL03-25 25' Brillion "pancake" rollerharrow. New S-tines last year, crows feet in the front showing some wear but still have lots of life left, rear rollers are still good. One repair on the main frame (see photos and video), some small repairs on the wing brackets, otherwise in good condition. Loading assistance is available with at least 24 hours advance notice. SALES TAX: Sales tax at the rate of 4.65% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove state sales tax of 2.9% BUT MONTROSE COUNTY SALES TAX OF 1.75% MUST STILL BE COLLECTED AS MONTROSE COUNTY DOES NOT EXEMPT FARM MACHINERY FROM THE COLLECTION OF SALES TAX - NO EXCEPTIONS.
