Has a hand crank cover for dump bed. Seller states the truck starts, runs, and operates like it should. Salter, dump bed, and plow all work like they should, has new brakes, tires, and aluminum rims, truck currently will not pass DOT as it does have a lateral crack on upper part of frame on drivers side and a lateral crack on bottom part of frame on passenger side.
