Mike is a small town Iowa guy that grew up to live in the "big city" of Des Moines. He is a proud husband, father of four boys, and a proud Iowa State Alumni. He is passionate about building teams and coaching potential to empower achievers to attain success beyond their dreams. When he's not "coaching" in the office he is likely found at his kids events, hanging around with friends, or spending time outdoors trying to teach his Sheepadoodle new tricks.
